My ankle is really sore.. I'm going to suggest boxing for today's training, as that is relatively stress free on the legs, then some abs workout. Should be allright.

I joined the "Just Lose It" competition at Victoria Uni Rec Centre, and this is a day by day account of what it is like to try and change my old habits and start a new and healthy life!

Because we were living in a block! lol. No oven other than a microwave, remember? ;)
